  • Exam/program cancellation by the institute
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the transaction, with proof of payment and a clear explanation.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days by the finance department.
• No refunds are issued for disqualification due to misconduct or ineligibility discovered after registration.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mochive IT Solutions is not liable for technical errors, delays, or interruptions affecting registration, exam participation, or scholarship disbursement.
